Q&A: Ask Euphorie Vol. 6

Brides and brides-to-be often ask questions about all things weddings, fashion, and Euphorie, so we started our 'Q&A: Ask Euphorie' series. This is our sixth installment, covering where you can find Euphorie gowns, and some FAQ's on our online ordering process.

Q: Can I return my gown if I change my mind?

A: We do not offer returns for change of mind. All Euphorie gowns are made-to-order, especially for you once you place an order with the team, meaning your dress only exists once you order it, and it's made intentionally for you. We do this to practice sustainability by not stocking dozens of stock gowns.

Q: How long will my gown take to make?

A: Our standard turnaround time is 6-8 weeks plus shipping time. We offer rush services if available, and our rush service is 2-4 weeks, with an added fee of $150 AUD.

Be sure to contact us ASAP if you'd like to inquire about the possibility of a rush being added to your order.

Q: Can I find Euphorie dresses in bridal stores?

A: While we've stocked our gowns in stores in the past, we no longer offer our gowns to stockists. We do this to ensure the cost is ethical for you, the customer, and you're not paying unnecessary markups or extra charges. The only place you can view Euphorie gowns is at our Brisbane studio.

Q: How can I book a consultation?

A: If you would like to book a consultation to view our wedding and formal dresses at our Brisbane studio, please get in touch with the team today, and one of our customer care team members will work with you to find a date and time that suits you!

Q: Where are Euphorie gowns made?

A: Euphorie Studios does not mass produce or outsource any part of our manufacturing process. All Euphorie Studios gowns are made in-house at our Brisbane atelier and studio. Each individual dress is made by hand, as it is ordered.
