Returns & Refunds
Our garments are made to order, and as such, we are unable to accept any returns or requests to refund for the reason of change of mind, wrong sizing selection, or event cancelations.
We practice quality insurance by documenting the process of garment production. We take photo documentation before packing on the final garment check, so you receive your garment in the very best condition.
On rare occasions, your order arrives with garment faults, and we encourage you to reach out within 2-5 days of tracked delivery. Our customer care team will work with customers individually to help resolve any issues.

Shipping
Euphorie Studios will not be liable or expected to cover any shipping costs for return garments or items. The shipping fees processed are final, and expenses can not be refunded once dispatched.
