FAQs
Q: I can't find a dress you've previously listed, why?
A: All made-to-order gowns are made in limited quantities to keep Euphorie Studios wedding dresses feeling unique and exclusive for the brides who purchase them. Once a gown sells out, we remove it from our website and no longer offer it for sale. If you have any questions or concerns about a gown, please don't hesitate to contact our team.
Q: Do you have a store?
A: We have a private studio and showroom located in Brisbane where we design and make all Euphorie custom wedding dresses and off-the-rack wedding gowns. Clients wanting to visit our showroom can contact our customer care team here, and you can be booked in for a free consultation to view our off-the-rack range of gowns. We do NOT stock any Euphorie Studios dresses in stores, so that we can keep the costs of our garments at a fair and ethical price for you, the next Euphorie real bride.
Q: Can I customise gowns from the website?
A: There are always a substantial range of possibilities for customising gowns, depending on each dress. If you are wanting to customise a gown from our website, please contact our team to discuss options!
Q: Where is Euphorie Studios located?
A: Our head office and workspace are located at 37 Smiths Rd, Goodna QLD 4300. This is our private showroom available to view via appointment only. Please email our team to reserve your timeslot.
Q: What if I'm between sizes?
A: We offer split-sizing on all Euphorie gowns. If you check your measurements against our size guide and find that you fall between two sizes, please let our team know.
For example, if your measurements are a size 10 top, and 12 skirt, our team of seamstresses can craft your gown to those standardised sizes to ensure a more optimal fit on your wedding day.
Q: What happens if I want to return an item?
A: All Euphorie Studios gowns are made to order, specifically and individually for you, which means we cannot offer returns unless a garment is faulty.
For more information on our returns policy, please see more here.
Q: How Do I Order My Dress Online?
A: We require you to contact us directly to order one of our gowns first. Our customer care team will take you through the process by asking you to provide measurements so that our team can suggest the optimal size or assist you in finding your size based on our size guide. Once we've got your preferred size and a physical address, we will send you an invoice directly. Once this invoice has been paid, your gown will go into production at our studio before being sent to you.
Q: What happens after I order my Euphorie wedding dress online?
A: Once you place an order with our team, you’ll receive an email confirmation to know that the process is underway. After the order is received, our seamstresses will start work bringing your gown to life for you by hand sewing the dress at our Brisbane studio. After your dress is finished, Euphorie Studios will send it out via express post to the address you provide when you place your order.
Q: Do you create custom-made wedding dresses?
A: We do take custom projects based on our availability at the time. We also offer customisations to all Euphorie Studios gowns listed on our website, or in our showroom, for any brides able to attend appointments at our Brisbane studio.
Q: Do you offer alterations for wedding dresses?
A: Due to an overwhelm in brides, we've currently had to suspend our alterations service for any non-Euphorie gowns until further notice, so that we can continue to create gowns for Euphorie Real Brides at the highest quality.
If you are purchasing a Euphorie Studios made-to-order/off the rack gown, alterations are available via showroom appointment.
Q: How much does a consultation cost?
A: Your first consultation is always free. For any additional consultations, a fee of $150 is incurred. This fee is non-refundable.
We accept that things out of our control happen in life, and with that in mind if you give our team 48 hours+ notice, we can reschedule an appointment without any further cost incurred.
Q: What is your stance on same-sex marriage?
A: We're pro-same-sex marriage. We believe that love is fully inclusive, and love is an essential thing in this world. We believe that all people, regardless of sexual orientation or any other factor, deserve the right to have their love & choices respected and embraced.
Q: How do I clean and care for my dress?
A: We recommend dry cleaning only. For long-term care and storage, keep out of direct sunlight and damp environments. Our gowns are delicate by nature, and as such, we encourage clients to handle and store with care.
Q: Where are your dresses made?
A: All Euphorie Studios gowns are made from start to finish at our private Brisbane studio. You can see many photos of both our studio + gowns being made over on our Instagram.
Q: How long does it take for my dress to be made?
A: The making time from our ready designed range can range between 8-12 weeks from order to dispatch. We do offer rush services, subject to availability.
Please contact our team to discuss your options if you require a rush service.
Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: We offer free EXPRESS shipping for Australian orders. For international shipping, we have a flat rate charge of AUD 80. Please note for international orders that there may be local customs charges upon arrival. We encourage clients to check with their local customs office before making orders for more information on costs. For more on shipping, see our shipping policies.
Q: I received a damaged dress, what do I do?
A: In the rare instance this happens, we encourage clients to reach out to us as soon as possible after receiving their wedding dress so that we're able to find a solution that works for you. Email our team at sales@euphoriestudios.com, and they will be more than happy to assist you.
Q: What happens if I cancel my project after it has begun?
A: Once an order or project has been accepted, processed, and begun its production process, we cannot refund you on the cost of this project. If your wedding is delayed for any reason, please reach out to our team to discuss the options for placing your project on hold for up to 6 months.
Q: Is my personal information kept private?
A: Please be assured that data protection is something Euphorie Studios takes very seriously, and your information will only be shared with third parties who abide by applicable data protection legislation. For any more information, please read our privacy policy.
Q: What if I can't find my size?
A: If, for any reason, your size isn't available for any of our wedding dresses or formal gowns, please get in contact with our customer care team to discuss your options and possibilities.
Q: Do you still make 'Keooula' formal dresses?
A: We've recently stopped making or stocking these gowns. However, if there's something specific you've seen in the past, please contact our customer care team to discuss your options.
Q: What's the best way to get in contact?
A: We are currently unable to operate our phone lines at all times; therefore, the best way to reach us is via Email, Direct Messaging @euphoriestudios on Instagram, or use our contact us page.
Q: What does Made-To-Order mean?
A: Any time we use the phrase ‘made-to-order,’ it means that the gown is handmade in our Brisbane bridal studio to the standardized sizing you choose, brand new, just for you. Our commitment to ethical and sustainable dressmaking means that we decide to make gowns as they’re ordered, rather than stocking dozens of dresses and then sending those out when they’re ordered.
Q: How can I be assured of Euphorie Studios as a business?
A: We want to address the elephant in the room: some online stores can operate as scams or falsely advertise products, making it challenging to buy your wedding gown online. With that in mind, you shouldn't just take our word for it: do your research on Euphorie the same way you would any other brand: check the 'tagged' section on Instagram and look at the accounts posting photos, the quality of gowns in the pictures or how they're styled. Spend time combing through Google, Instagram, Pinterest, and other sources until you're satisfied with a brand.
We encourage all brides to do their due diligence before making a purchase online. A wedding dress is a big financial decision, we advise always making your decisions in the most informed way possible.
Q: Will my gown require alterations?
A: Some made-to-order gowns may require minor alterations to ensure a perfect fit. These can be carried out by seamstresses located in areas where you live if your gown requires alterations, or by our team in-house if you are purchasing a Euphorie Studios gown from our Brisbane showroom.
If you cannot find an answer to your question, please don't hesitate to get in contact: our team is always here to help.
