Please note, each gown is made to order in standard sizing. This means although we make every effort to deliver the exact gown to you, there may be the slightest variation in lace and beaded applique. This does not change the overall style and look of the gown. This does however make your gown more unique and one-off to you but if you have any concerns, we do encourage you to contact our customer care team before proceeding with your order.
Each gown is made and shipped directly from our Brisbane, Queensland studio. Please allow a minimum of 4 weeks plus shipping time when making your order.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
While we are confident you will love your Euphorie gown, we understand that sometimes things may not be suitable for you. Therefore, we are happy to offer brides full refunds upon return when the following conditions apply.
Accepted conditions of return MUST include the following:
- Gowns returned must be sent within two weeks of the registered delivery date.
- The gown is returned in the exact condition as it was sent (photos are taken of each dress before dispatch for quality control). This means no signs of wear, no stains, no marks, and free from any damage.
- All labels and security tags are entirely intact without any evidence of tampering. Removing security tags and labels will, unfortunately, void all possibilities of refund and return.
- Gowns must be returned in original packaging, including gown box, garment bag, and accessories.
- The customer will cover return postage costs.
Please ensure all return post tracking is available as proof of delivery. We will be unable to assist in any instant that deliveries are missing or damaged in transit without tracking codes. Please note Euphorie Studios will not be liable for any losses and or damages that may occur in transit due to third-party delivery services, i.e., Australia Post.

As soon as you have sent your return, send us a quick email, including the tracking number, to let us know, and once your parcel has been received, processed, and approved, we will action your refund back on to your original method of purchase. We will also send you an email to confirm the completion of your refund.
SHIPPING - Customs & Import
We are required by law to declare the total value of shipments. Therefore, international orders may be subject to import taxes or duties. Please contact your local customs office. Euphorie Studios cannot advise on customs and recommend discussing your local customs office issues before having your order shipped.
All Australian orders are sent via Australia Post EXPRESS delivery. All orders will include full tracking and signature on delivery.
International orders will incur a flat rate EXPRESS delivery cost of $80. This fee is non-refundable and includes full tracking.
Euphorie Studios will provide tracking details via email upon dispatch.
PRODUCTION & QUALITY CONTROL
Due to the unique nature of our production, there may be the slightest inconsistency of beading, lace placement, and finished detail. These minor differences do NOT change the gown's overall look and do not affect how the finished product will look or fit on you. It does, however, make the piece unique and one-off to you.
Before dispatch, we will take quality control images of your gown to ensure your dress is delivered in the best possible condition. These images are kept for our use. These images will only be referred to in case of any claims of faults and damages that may occur after.
CUSTOM ADDITIONS & RUSH ORDERS
We offer custom changes to already designed gowns. This includes custom sizing and slight modifications to the design (specific lace placement, more beading, add split, half sizes, straps, etc.). Custom changes and alterations must be discussed with the customer care team via email BEFORE purchasing to be approved for production. Additional fees will apply. Custom changes, sizing, and alterations will automatically void any possibility for return, as the gown will be made individually for you.
Rush fees are by request via email only and can only be approved under availability.

Gowns are made to order and are dispatched anywhere from 4-6 weeks after confirmed payment has been accepted. All dresses are made strictly from our BRISBANE studio and will be sent from here to your location. We encourage customers to consider the transit time from Brisbane BEFORE ordering.
Upon completing your gown, we will take multiple images for quality control before carefully packing the dress up and sending it directly to you. We will send you an email confirmation with tracking codes once your gown is in transit.
If you require the gown sooner outside these timeframes, we encourage you to reach out to us as we may be able to rush your production. However, rush orders may incur additional fees and are strictly subject to availability at the time.
