Q: Is my personal information kept private?
Q: Are you still open in the wake of the COVID-19 Pandemic?
At Euphorie Studios, we're a private fashion house so we're only available by appointment only. However, due to the current restrictions in place with the COVID-19 outbreak, we have been increasing the protective measures of health and safety not only for clients but our seamstresses and employees too. For example, our marketing team are currently working from home and we've been rotating our seamstresses in order to keep the number of people at the studio to a minimum. We've also been maintaining the strictest cleaning measures available in our show room (where consults with brides happen) including disinfecting and cleaning before and after all consults and staying in check with our clients to ensure that they're aware of social distancing rules and the norms if someone was to be showing symptoms of illness. As brides are being forced to postpone their weddings currently, we've been working with these brides to push non-essential meetings/consultations to further dates to limit any unnecessary exposure. Additionally, we're keeping a close eye on government recommendations and following all advice given to us in that regard as safety is the most of the most paramount importance to us.
