Q: Where is Euphorie Studios located?
A: Our head office and workspace are located at 37 Smiths Rd, Goodna QLD 4300. This is our private showroom available to view via appointment only. Please email our team to reserve your timeslot.
Q: What happens if I want to return an item?
A: No problem! If you find your off-the-rack purchase is just not for you, return it to us within two weeks of the delivered date with all security tags and labels intact. If there are no signs of wear, damage, and all returned to us in the same condition as when it was sent, we will be happy to process your refund. Please note we do not refund shipping costs and will not be liable for any damages or losses during transit. Custom and made-to-measure gowns can not be returned due to these pieces' unique and one-off nature.
Q: Do you have a store?
A: We do not have a physical store, although we take appointments to view our gowns through our private studio. Contact our team via email for more information.
Q: Are your gowns stocked in stores?
A: Our ‘Reveries’ collection is currently only stocked in our Brisbane showroom. We do this to achieve our goal of delivering high-quality, Australian-made wedding dresses at fair prices, direct to you, the future Euphorie real bride.
Q: What happens after I order my Euphorie wedding dress online?
A: Once you place an order with our team, you’ll receive an email confirmation to know that the process is underway. After the order is received, our seamstresses will start work bringing your gown to life for you by cutting and hand sewing the dress at our Brisbane studio. We will take photos of this to show where and how it’s being made. These photos will only be used or sent to you and exist to ensure you get to see the exact process of your gown being made and ensure complete quality control checks are carried out through the whole process. After your dress is finished, Euphorie Studios will send it out via express post to the address you provide when you place your order.
Q: Do you create custom-made wedding dresses?
A: Yes! That is what we're best known for. Our custom gowns are one of a kind, made strictly from our Brisbane studio and crafted precisely to your needs and wants. For more information, contact our team via email.
Q: Do you charge a consultation fee?
A: We offer FREE first consults. This means you can book in to talk to one of our designers, discuss your dream gown, get an estimated fee, and if you decide it isn't for you, no harm done. We want to offer a stress-free experience, which means no obligation and no cost to chat.
Q: Do you offer alterations for wedding dresses?
A: Yes! We ONLY offer alterations for wedding gowns and formal dresses. Appointments are subject to availability and can only be provided for clients able to attend face-to-face consults at our Brisbane studio.
Q: What is your stance on same-sex marriage?
A: We're pro-same-sex marriage. We believe that love is fully inclusive, and love is an essential thing in this world. We believe that all people, regardless of sexual orientation or any other factor, deserve the right to have their love & choices respected and embraced.
Q: Do you make formal gowns?
A: Yes! We make custom formal gowns. If you have a specific dream gown in mind and simply can not find it anywhere else, we can help!
Q: How do I clean and care for my dress?
A: We recommend dry cleaning only. For long-term care and storage, keep out of direct sunlight and damp environments. Our gowns are delicate by nature, and as such, we encourage clients to handle and store with care.
Q: Where are your dresses made?
A: All Euphorie Studios gowns are made from start to finish at our private Brisbane studio. You can see many photos of both our studio + gowns being made over on our Instagram.
Q: How long does it take for my dress to be made?
A: The making time from our ready designed range can range between 4-6 weeks before dispatch. If you require your wedding gown urgently, please contact email@example.com and inquire about possible rush orders.
Custom-made gowns require a bit more time with a minimum of 3 months. However, we encourage brides looking for custom gowns to book in as soon as possible to avoid missing out.
Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: We offer free EXPRESS shipping for Australian orders. For international shipping, we have a flat rate charge of AUD 80. Please note for international orders that there may be local customs charges upon arrival. We encourage clients to check with their local customs office before making orders for more information on costs. For more on shipping, see our shipping policies.
Q: I received a damaged dress, what do I do?
A: In the rare instance this happens, we encourage clients to reach out to us as soon as possible after receiving their wedding dress so that we're able to find a solution that works for you. Email our team at firstname.lastname@example.org, and they will be more than happy to assist you.
Q: Is my personal information kept private?
Q: What if I can't find my size?
A: If, for any reason, your size isn't available for any of our wedding dresses or formal gowns, please get in contact with our customer care team to discuss your options and possibilities for having a gown custom made to your specific measurements!
Q: Do you still make 'Keooula' formal dresses?
A: We've recently stopped making or stocking these gowns. However, if there's something specific you've seen in the past, please contact our customer care team to discuss it.
Q: What's the best way to get in contact?
A: We are currently unable to operate our phone lines at all times; therefore, the best way to reach us is via Email, DM our IG, or FB, or use our contact us page.
Q: Do you make wedding dresses for brides that are pregnant, but not expecting birth until after the wedding?
We take on custom wedding dress projects, including expecting brides! Typically, with brides expecting, we’ll need to carry out multiple fittings in quick succession close to the wedding day, as we always want to ensure the complete quality and fit of any Euphorie Studios gown.
It’s important to remember that bodies can change rapidly while pregnant. With this in mind, while we may spread fittings and consults out over several months for a custom bride, with an expecting bride, we would prefer to do it as close to the wedding day as safely possible to ensure the gown fits perfectly on your wedding day.
Q: What does Made-To-Order mean?
A: Any time we use the phrase ‘made-to-order,’ it means that the gown is handmade in our Brisbane bridal studio to the standardized sizing you choose, brand new, just for you. Our commitment to ethical and sustainable dressmaking means that we decide to make gowns as they’re ordered, rather than stocking dozens of dresses and then sending those out when they’re ordered.
Q: What does Made-To-Measure mean?
A: Made to measure is another way of referring to a custom-made wedding dress. Having your gown ‘made-to-measure’ means that it’s made to your individual and specific measurements and will fit your body perfectly.
