Q: Where is Euphorie Studios located?
A: Our head office and work space is located at 37 Smiths Rd, Goodna QLD 4300. This is our private showroom available to view via appointment only. Please email our team to reserve your timeslot.
Q: What happens if I want to return an item?
A: No problem! If you find your off the rack purchase is just not for you, return it to us within 2 weeks of delivered date with all security tags and labels intact. If there are no signs of wear, damage and it is all returned to us in the same condition as it was when it was sent, we will be happy to process your refund. Please note we do not refund shipping costs and will not be liable for any damages or losses that may occur during transit. Custom and made to measure gowns can not be returned for refund due to the unique and one off nature of these pieces.
Q: Do you have a store?
A: We do not have a physical store although we do take appointments to view our gowns through our private studio. Contact the our team via email for more information.
Q: Do you create custom made wedding dresses?
A: Yes! In fact that is what we're best known for. Our custom gowns are one of a kind, made strictly from our Brisbane studio and crafted exactly to your needs and wants. For more information contact the our team via email.
Q: Do you charge a consultation fee?
A: We offer FREE first consults. This means you can book in to talk to one of our designers, discuss your dream gown, get an estimated fee and if you decide it isn't for you, no harm done. We want to offer all brides a stress free experience which means a no obligation and no cost to chat.
Q: Do you offer alterations for wedding dresses?
A: Yes! We ONLY offer alterations for wedding gowns and formal dresses. Appointments are subject to availability and can only be offered to clients able to attend face to face consults at our Brisbane studio.
Q: What is your stance on same sex marriage?
A: We're absolutely pro-same sex marriage. We believe in the idea that love is fully inclusive and love is the most important thing in this world to us. We believe that all people, regardless of sexual orientation or any other factor, deserve the right to have their love & choices respected and embraced.
Q: Do you make formal gowns?
A: Yes! We make custom formal gowns. If you have a specific dream gown in mind and simply can not find it anywhere else, we can help!
Q: How do I clean and care for my dress?
A: We recommend dry cleaning only. For long term care and storage, keep out of direct sunlight and damp environments. Our gowns are delicate by nature and as such we encourage clients to handle and store with care.
Q: Where are your dresses made?
A: All Euphorie Studios gowns are made from start to finish at our private Brisbane studio.
Q: How long does it take for my dress to be made?
A: The make time from our ready designed range can range between 4-6 weeks prior to dispatch. If you require your wedding gown urgently, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org and make an inquiry for possible rush order.
Custom made gowns require abit more time with a minimum of 3 months. However, we do encourage brides looking for custom gowns to book in as soon as possible to avoid missing out.
Q: How much does shipping cost?
A: We offer free EXPRESS shipping for Australian orders. For International shipping, we have a flat rate charge of $80 AUD. Please note for international orders, there may be local custom charges upon arrival. Q: I received a damaged dress, what do I do?
A: In the rare instance this happens, we encourage clients to reach out to us as soon as possible after receiving their wedding dress so that we're able to find a solution that works for you. Email our team at email@example.com and they will be more than happy to assist you.

Q: What if I cant find my size?
A: If, for any reason, your size isn't available for any of our wedding dresses or formal gowns, please get in contact with our customer care team to discuss your options and possibilities for having a gown custom made to your specific measurements!
Q: Do you still make 'Keooula' formal dresses?
A: We've recently stopped making or stocking these gowns, however, if there's something specific you're after that you've seen in the past - please get in touch with our customer care team and discuss your options with us.
