Please note, each gown is made to order. This means although we make every effort to deliver the exact gown to you, there may be the slightest variation in lace and beaded applique. This does not change the overall style and look of the gown. This does, however make your gown more unique and one off to you but if you have any concerns, we do encourage you to contact our customer care team before proceeding with your order.  

Each gown is made and shipped directly from our Brisbane, Queensland studio. Please allow a minimum of 4 weeks plus shipping time when making your order.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

At Euphorie Studios, while we're confident in the garments we provide, our only goal is that you are able to wear your dream gown down the aisle, so if you purchase a Euphorie Studios gown and change your mind, all garments purchased are available to be returned for a full refund.  Any garment purchased from Euphorie Studios must be in the same condition that it was received in, including all security tags and labels intact. If you're not happy with your gown, please return it to Euphorie Studios with postal tracking within 2 weeks of receiving your gown. 

Any evidence of tampering of our security labels, or wear and tear including stains or fabric damage, will void all returns and the garment will be returned back to you at your own expense.

To ensure quality, Euphorie Studios will maintain a log of photographs during the making and sending of any garment to ensure the highest standards of quality are always met. 

Unless garments are faulty or damaged, Euphorie Studios does not cover the cost of postage for returning a wedding dress based on change of mind.

However in the rare case clients do receive faulty garment or item please contact us within 14 days of receiving via sales@euphoriestudios.com so we can organise an appropriate solution. 

Euphorie Studios will not be held liable for any losses during postage.

SHIPPING

We are required by law to declare full value of shipments. International orders may be subject to import taxes or duties, please contact your local customs office. Euphorie Studios are unable to provide any advice on customs and recommend discussing any issues regarding such with your local customs office prior to having your order shipped.  

SHIPPING RATE DETAILS

All orders sent within Australia come with free postage and shipping, including package tracking.

International orders will incur a flat fee of $80 to cover shipping + postage fees and will be sent with full tracking.

Tracking details will be provided via email upon dispatch.

ORDERING

At Euphorie Studios, each garment is made specifically to order and size. After payment has been finalised your gown will be put into production. The make time can vary depending on the style of dress you’ve ordered. All styles take between 4-6 weeks. If you require your dress sooner, please contact sales@euphoriestudios.com and talk to our customer service team. Please note that any rush orders may incur an additional fee.

Once your garment has been made and undergone our extensive quality control process, it will be dispatched to you directly via your preferred shipping method. You will receive a second email confirmation when your order has been dispatched and shipped to you. Please account for the extra time of make and shipping when planning to purchase a gown.
